I asked Mr. I Lopez about their hours for the following day to return for the core charge refund and when I returned during those hours I was refused my money because there supposedly isn't managerial staff on Saturdays. I was also told they do not give cash refunds for customers who paid in cash. I would have never purchased their part, let alone the broken one I received had I known of this dishonesty. Go elsewhere, they do not honor the word of their employees.
