Ripoff .... watch out

This guy is a rippoff machine, check his yahoo or google feedback, multiple people report he has ripped them off and that he posts his own positive feedback. I would not trust to even get a free diagnostic.....run, run AWAY!

I thought that I was a hopeles...

I thought that I was a hopeless case when it came to computers - but East Valley Computer Repair technician worked a small miracle when he tutored me. He was very clear and patient, and seemed to understand the block I had about learning this skill. Now I don't know how I ever got along without my computer -- and East Valley Computer Repair the first one I call when my computer acts up or when I get stuck in some way. Thanks again!

Satisfied new customer

I recently called around after my old pc finally died to find someone to help me retrieve my data off of it. The first places I called were big companies and they wanted too much money for what I needed done, so I started looking on Craig's List. This is were I found East Valley Computer Repair. I called right at the end of the day and the tech was still friendly and helpful. He asked questions to give my computer a preliminary diagnosis, and a tech came by the next day to pick it up. After finding out my old computer had finally kicked the bucket, my tech (John) called me to explain my options. I didn't have the cash for a brand new computer, but John explained that he also sells refurbished and new computers. We discussed the options and I decided on a Dell he had. He then took all the info off my old pc, put it onto my new one, and dropped it off to me. It was a much easier situation than I thought it was going to be when my computer first crashed. They Rock!

I really appreciate what East ...

I really appreciate what East Valley Computers prompt service tech. I called and within 2 hours he was at my place, tools in hand. He diagnosed the virus problem on my computer and had it fixed the same day. Then he showed me some tricks to help keep my pc protected and installed some antivirus software. This company really came through for me, I even had my mom call them when she got a new computer, just so it would get set up properly. Her computer has run great!

John saved my data

I have a laptop that got infected with god knows what some months ago, and I finally bought a new one, but all of my info was still trapped in my old one. I tried everything I could think of to retrieve my data, but I couldn't even get my screen to stay on. I thought it was hopeless, but then a friend suggested East Valley Computers. In less than a day, John got all the info off my old apple and onto my new dell and even put some great antivirus software on my new laptop to help protect it.

Don't go anywhere else!

This company is great, when my entire system crashed at the beginning of my work day they were at my building in less than 2 hours and the technician had my system back up shortly after he got there. I had 11 computers down at once, it was awful, but East Valley Computers came through for me and my business, I recommend them to everyone now.

I will be this first to admit ...

I will be this first to admit that I am not a computer savvy person, so there are many things I did wrong to cause problems on my computer. John and the guys at East Valley computers really helped me out. They came to my home and picked up my computer and had it back to me running great in less than a day. They are great!!

I recently bought a new Dell computer and the tech's at East Valley Computers helped me set it up and protect it from viruses. I now feel like my new pc is safe from many of the problems new computers can have. The Technician was at my door in a matter of hours and in no time my new computer was out of the box, set up and ready.

Good job with laptop hardware diagnosis

I brought a sick laptop to John. He diagnosed the problem within the hour and gave me a fair representation of the costs to repair it. In the end, we chose not to have the repairs made. John was very informative about the hardware failure. He gave us other service options including data recovery. I appreciate his candor and timeliness.

Disapointed, isnt even the word.

I went to easy valley computers in hopes of getting a new pc that could run some games for me and my step brothers, and the owner informed me he could do that for 550.00$ he could make me a good gaming computer. We'll with me being as computer illiterate as i am, the specs he mumbled off seemed decent to me ( even though i didn't receive those specs) he had mentioned a dual core processor, with 3gbs of ram, and a nice graphics card that would support most of the new games being released. Well i went and picked up the computer brought it home and began hooking it up, had every thing ready to go.. and then wait the Ethernet plug wasn't working he had to drive over and replace the computers Ethernet card the same day.... 40 MINS AFTER I PICKED IT UP! but i let it go and continued to use the computer, after about a week or so i started to see the performance of this lump that he refers to as a "gaming" desktop, i couldn't get over 20 frames per second in warcraft, and that was with all set

Yea this guy is useless... do your self a favor and pass on having him even look at your computer, he is overpriced, and a flat our liar. I bought a computer from him a few months ago, and about 3 weeks into owning the computer i realized that the pc was a single core 2.22 ghz processor... with 2gbs of ram (he promised 3) the computer struggles to run 2 web browsers at once.. and it cant even handle basic gaming which was the premise for buying the thing. I appreciate all the money you duped me into wasting on one of his "pcs' which are just dell rip offs he concocts in this garage. I hope you don't make the same mistake i did.Now don't get me wrong i should have looked into the computer my self, but I'm 17 years old and i guess i just wasn't expecting to get scammed.
