!!DO MOT GET AMY DETAILING!!! You’ve been warned!
I dropped my work truck off on December 4th at 3pm. I got the premium detailing package and paid 362$!!!!
I was told they would make my truck look like it came off the showroom floor. They called back after only 2 1/2 hours to tell me my truck was ready. I got there a little after 6. It was already dark but I turned on my phone light and tried to look it over as good as I could. Seemed ok.
Boy was I wrong. Fast forward to the next morning headed to work I go to my truck and sit down to start it up and my pants are soaked. The seat had a plastic cover over when I picked up so I didn’t notice my seat was soaked. Even after sitting over night my seat soaked my pants. I changed and grabbed a blanket and when I sit down I notice a 6 inch crack headed down my windshield that wasn’t there before I dropped my truck off. Now I’m pissed and actually start looking at the truck and I’m disgusted. I’m really disappointed in the quality of their work. Again the pictures below aren’t from the basic package or even the best wash. This was the best detail package they have. Spent $362!!! You’ll notice the seats are still stained, notice the entire section of bumper they just decided not to wax. Notice the interior job and the huge crack in the windshield!!!

During a car wash, a tiny plastic piece came off my back up camera and was probably vacuumed away. Manager, Del, went to auto salvage and found a new piece since Volvo did not have the piece. I am so happy with the service and extra effort. Thank you again Cobblestone!!

They are dishonest and rude! They were supposed to hand wash my truck instead put a huge scratch in it. Not something that could be buffed out. It's down to the metal. Managers attitude was prove it! My truck is no basic truck. It's got a lot of money in it and I'm complimented daily. Now it has to go to the body and paint shop. I see a lot of nice vehicles getting washed. Don't trust them with it. Especially if you take good care of it.

This place is beautiful on the outside, but that is very misleading. Keep your hands on your wallet and credit card as they will try to get you to buy the whole store. A very bad experience at best!

According to these other reviews it seems im not the only one left with an awful experience after leaving this joke of an auto spa. To be brief, got a deluxe wash and a wax on my Mercedes Benz SLK, When my car was finished there was a scrape in my drivers side door where paint had been chipped off! They told me it could be the pressure of the wash and thay they weren't liable. I had zero compensation and I can't begin to express how rude the staff was. They left no air freshner in my car and it was a lazy over all job to top it off. Never, ever go here with a car you value or you may end up with scratches and peels...and remember, they aren't liable for damage. Unbelivable.

Not once, but twice they stole Change out of my change Holder and the second time the "Dryers" stole the $2 tip I was going to give them out of my Ash Tray.



The first time I was missing some quarters didn't really think much of it. The second time I specifically placed the Bills in my Ash Tray so I could tip the young man or woman once they handed over my keys. So that means the person who Vacuumed could have taken it or the person who dried it could have as well. Sad that their employees are stilling Pocket Change of customers vehicle.



The Wash was not all of that great, the windows streaked and they don't do a good job at drying off the entire car. I will never go there AGAIN. Dishonest Employees and a Terrible Wash!

I got a coupon for a free basic wash. I redeemed it yesterday, and at first I thought it was a great deal. You have to get out of your car and they take it through the wash for you, and as they're drying them the cars are all in a line. Whoever was driving the car behind mine bumped my car and unfortunately I didn't notice the damage until I was at work half an hour later. If I had a nicer and newer car, I'd be furious. I'm upset that nobody said anything to me, but that just goes to show why I would not recommend this place. They had a chance to make a good impression on me, but they failed.
