The new contour system is absolutely useless. It works when it feels like it. Recordings & live programs freeze all the time. Program guide freezes. System goes out several times a day. And since we can no longer have individual dvrs if the one dvr goes out there is no service anywhere in the house. This is the absolute worst experience I have ever had with cable tv. I've had cox for 16 yrs and this has been the worst year leading up to the inadequate contour system. Cox no longer even gives you an option not to have the useless system. How does a company decide to offer only one option of service knowing that system doesn't work. These companies have us where they want us. I would go with direct tv but they want you to sign a 2 year contract and they offer even less than cox with the same type of system that may not work. Then we would be stuck for 2 yrs. looking for a way to get rid of cable all together after this experience.
I tried to call this store 3 times and each time no one answered @3:45pm on a Wednesday.
Dish TV is up and Going and the phone service is great too
