THIS PLACE IS FAR FROM LUXURY LOL WHAT A JOKE!!went to see model of what our apartment would look like. move-in date went to the apartment the keys didnt work. asked if I was for sure because management just did the walk through&had those keys ready. Sent maintenance over .He went around to the sliding glass door& opened.walked into the apartment nothing like the model. a/c set lowest setting on my power now.the bedroom sliding door wide open.apartment not cleaned from last tenant.had hair shavings in bathroom sink&was clogged leaking pipes.had to pull all hair from the last person. showerhead broken&fell off when the water turned on. bathroom drawer hosting family of live scorpions.kitchen, couldn’t use shelve under sink because pipes leaking&rotted out bottom of cabinet. dishwasher drain not connected.carpet not vacuumed (cookies,crayons, weird stains)smelt of cat piss.Told forgot to replace carpet.This point didn’t want to move in.wall are very thin&can hear everything.management said sorry too late you signed the contract. they put me in wrong apartment& wanted me to pay more than want contract said.I asked if the apartment had its own water heaterwas told yes. It connected to boiler.asked there was any problems with the complex&management said no. Fairways has really bad water problems with every month&sometimes 2 a week. water has been shut off 23 times in 7 months with no warnings&long periods of time. you do get a hold of them they lie.Saying it’s an emergency even though they wait days to have it repaired.had no water for 4 days.I asked leasing agent to talk to manager was told to make an appointment she doesnt have time. I have spoken with many of the residents at the FAIRWAYS 4+ years& all tell me it is ran very poorly and has continuous water issues. VIRTU INVESTMENTS SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THEMSELFS. I would not recommend this place to anyone trust me go somewhere else.
The only reason I live here is because I don't have an income to live anywhere else.This place is 30 years old and it shows in the inside apartment.Pretty on the outside perhaps, but lots of mosquitos that bite due to excess water sprinkles that are broken leaving puddles for bugs.3 laundry rooms, 1/2 of the machine don't work and not cleaned or maintained. Lots of crime here, lots of police here each day.Gun shooting recently on July 3rd, 2015, drug busts, domestic violenceCall the Chandler Police for public records on this complex.Management knows about this not doing anything.Condition of various units vary, but all are not impressing.Roaches, bugs are a normal problem here even though there a so called bugs guy that sprays.Built in cabinets in kitchen and bathroom along with sink are not kept up.Stove, refrigerator are very old and not energy save. Management refuses to fix them and spray paint over the rusty appliances to make them look new.Popcorn ceiling paint is very unattractive as dust bunnies hang down.Maintenance people do their best but are limited with resources from upper management.Patching up and painting over damages is their solutions to fixing stuff from water damages, mold and huge cracks in walls and ceilings.Upon my move in:Patched up paint job to cover up door, ceiling and wall damages, dirty and dusty cabinets, the bathroom tubs floor dirty dark stains, one medicine cabinet does not slide open, several cracks in microwave door and vent frame is very oily /dirty, master bedroom blinds two were broken, floor in living room had a hole from the linoleum floor not fixed, bathroom sink have chip dark brown pain missing, cabinets door strip on edges, found dead roaches in water heater cabinet.Management has communicates to me that the units are old, oh well basically.But rent of $ 890 plus for 2 bedroom for these conditions is way over rated.
Worst apartment complex I've lived in. The staff is extremely rude, the assistant manager clearly hates her job, and none of the rules in the lease are abided by. It's a shame that so many families are in leases with this complex. I would not recommend these apartment to anyone.
This ridiculous place is extremely filthy!!! There is a bed bug infestation. There is a cockroach infestation. The cabinets and fridge are caked on roach feces that makes the apartment smell horrid as soon as you walk in. The landlord spies on tenants and was sued by a former tenant when he was caught in her apartment and in her underwear drawer!!!! I URGE YOU TO RUN AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AS FAST AS YOU CAN. RATING SHOULD BE A -1,000
