Fantastic Sams

I heard an "oops" mid haircut, the stylist didn't say anything so I didn't think anything of it. Pay for the cut, get in the car and see she shaved my head an inch above one ear in an insane v shape. The other ear was done almost normal. Very very disappointed, will never return. Would recommend going to a barber shop with more experienced employees.

I went in not knowing what to do because I bleached my hair the night before and it entirely destroyed my hair. My hair was white with macaroni and cheese orange highlights, needless to say I was devastated. She listened to everything I had to say, and did exactly what I wanted. She took the time to really explain everything to me and I felt extremely comfortable. She filled it, colored it, and then gave me the cutest short cut I have ever had. I can say that she will be seeing me on the regular because she did an amazing job! My expectations were exceeded by a long shot- she also gave me a ton of helpful advice on how to properly take care of it without pushing me to buy products from the shelves.

I went in with low expectations since it is a generic type hair salon. I hadn't really heard much before hand. They started out with a shampoo but much to my surprise, I received the most wonderful head massage, which is standard and included with the shampoo. How relaxing!! I really didn't know what kind of cut I wanted. I have long hair and it took me a long time to grow it to this length. I am jittery about going too drastic, so the stylist suggested to just go a couple inches shorter and put in a few layers. It was a very reasonable suggestion and worked out great. I would go back again.
