We appreciate all feedback as it allows us to grow as a business. We do exceed; most times 3 fold, all requirements of the USDA and Game Commission. The health and well-being of our animals is a top priority. If there are any specific examples that caused your perception of bad management or animal mistreatment; I would be happy to hear them, and if warranted and allowed to by law take them under advisement for future policy changes. We generally do not operate our coal furnaces during the summer. I am not sure when your visit was; but we take great strides to limit our consumers interaction with the smoke that they emit. We do not fire the furnaces while the park is open and that is the time when they emit the coal smell and billows of smoke.
