We are very pleased with our recent purchase of a 2002 Thunderbird from Forresters. It has been some time since we have purchased a used car and not a familiar experience. A few years ago we bought a new Mercury from Forrester's and have been thourghly pleased with it, and the service we've received from their maintenance department. Mark, of their used car section guided us through the process while answering all of our questions regarding the T-Bird, even including some we asked about past history of the car even after we had completed the purchase. Based on past history and current support, when another change of vehicles comes to our household I would expect to begin looking for the replacement at Forresters.
