After doing business with them for over 30 years, it's over! They essentially aided in getting me scammed for $3900 due to either the pure ignorance of their tellers or the deliberate misguidance of management in the training of their tellers. I won't bore you with the whole story, but I am more upset with Patriot's concerns of covering their own tail than looking out for mine. I am even more livid with them than the guy who actually scammed me. I tried to go through the appropriate channels (all the way to the top of Patriot) without bashing them online, but their ignorance and arrogance has cost them my business forever. Patriot has created an enemy they don't want and I have made it personal mission to deter anyone I can from supporting them. I won't sugar coat it, my goal is to cost them as much business as I can. Just want Patriot to know that I am screaming it from the roof tops!
Although Patriot federal credit union is not my primary bank, I do have an auto loan with them. They have answered every question or concern with great detailed explanations. They have worked with me different times when I needed a few days on a payment. Customer service have always been courteous and welcoming. I highly recommend them as a credit union.
when I opened my account the process was quick n simple but I found out later that there was a lot she didn't tell me. Didn't tell me about the smartline. when I asked about it they didn't explain what it was. they gave me a website and log in name and said go do it. it wasn't that simple. anytime I ask a question they don't actually answer. they talk like I should just know what they are talking about. I changed banks.
