        I was appalled yesterday at ch...

        I was appalled yesterday at church to hear this event that happened to my friend Barbara Aggers on Friday at Chagrin Falls. She tried towithdraw $40.00 from her account by atm machine, got her card back but no cash. The person behind her in line saw this attempt to get cash and gave Barbara her name and number as a witness. Barabara went inside to ask about it and was insulted when she was told that she had made a mistake. She said they paractically called me a liar. When she offered the name of the witness, they said that their policy was not to contact her. This is no way to treat a customer. She is going to withdraw all accounts from Key Bank. Shame on you.
