Everyone is very friendly and courteous. I was impressed with the coin machine and the fact they don't charge to use it.
For this review I am torn. I want to rate them 5 stars but I cant and heres why.I joined this credit union more than 10 years ago and got a loan for an Acura TL (over $30,000), I owned the car for about 2 years and never had a late and then paid the car off. Next I bought a motorcycle for about 15,000. Again never late owned it for about 4 years and paid it off. Then I bought a Tacoma Truck, have owned it for 4 years, lost my job was behind on payments and made the payments but was a little late on them for about 8 months but always caught myself up. My truck is current and I have been making on time payments on my truck for the last year or so because I have a steady job again. With 1 Auto, 1 Motorcylce and now nearly a 3rd paid off vehicle (I owe $7k on my truck, started with owing $25k) I figured I would be a shoe in for an approval for another auto loan.I submitted my app for approval to see what I would qualify for with them and guess what I was denied!???My credit isnt the best but this kind of history with them should have meant something. During my financial hardship 2 years ago a lot people would have simply walked away from their obligations and let their vehicle get repod but I persevered, kept in constant contact with them and did everything I could to make payments and catch up but none of that mattered to them. There' s a saying about it takes a strong man to stand up to a punch but a stronger man to get back up from the ground after being knocked down.Oh well, totally there loss I will not being doing business with this Credit Union any longer. I thought Credit Unions were supposed to be more of the personal bankers where you dont feel like a number. I guess those days are long gone.Good bye ACFCU, thanks for everything.Kent A.
