If I could put no stars at all I would! Rude ass customer service! Every time I call reguarding any question I get transferred to Lucy who is so un respectful and so rude! She's always saying "your not doing a good job" "your insurance company isn't doing their job" and she also told me "I have never had such a problematic account before, every time you call we have to argue" well yeah because that b**** is so effin rude! She tried taking my car because she wasn't receiving my proof of insurance!!!

This is the worst customer service you can get the rudes i mean rudes people ever i had to deal with especially this girl name lucy a total bs sorry but have to say the truth what is it to her if only its been a month and they want to pick up your car ridiculous never heard that one before after 3-4 months ok ya understood but a month... Then they give you wrong information how to pay your car threw western union and money gram but then they give you a so call token # and then you call them to give them a confirmation # witch they cant find on there side why cause they gave you wrong account # plus now they dont know what a fk token # is im telling you ridiculous i tell you never again going to purchase a car with this company ever again almodt done with my truck cause im so over this bs company
Very disappointed. I just "spoke" to the vice president about the new payment regulations, and she just couldn't let me speak. She was over talking me every single time. (Only shows why the staff is so rude). Anyway, she said they could not let the customers know that the regulations about the payments changed because they have over 11,000 customers. Now I wonder if out of those 11,000 customers, do they forget to charge any because they have too many? I bet not! Only shows how much they care for their clientele.
So this company took my car and took my belongings in it called them to get my personal belongings and they said they had no clue where my stuff was at so I called the towing agent and they also had no clue so I kept calling to see if they know where my stuff was at and they told me to check my room that was pretty ignorant of them and by law they have to keep my stuff for 30 days so I'm going to file a law suit on them for being unprofessional
