Be very wary if making any high-end/high dollar purchases. These guys seem nice enough but the second you have a problem with something you've purchased, they will turn on you in a heartbeat. Should you ever need to return or exchange anything, it is not likely to go well.

Additionally, don't make the mistake of thinking your loyalty and frequent shopping sprees will mean a thing to these people. Customer appreciation/service is nonexistent no matter how long you've been a customer and no matter how much money you've spent over time. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

It took a month and several phone calls to receive my order. They just sat on my order for no reason, lied to me about it being shipped but could not provide a tracking number, a standard practice. Stay away!!!

If you are in need of specialty plant products, come here! Not only is it is conveniently located off the 605 freeway at Alondra in the Cerritos/Norwalk area, but the staff is helpful, friendly and willing to work with their customer's needs and budget. I highly recommend this place to my friends or anyone interested in getting some high quality equipment to make their plants thrive. Come check them out!
