Fillings
Resin Composite
White fillings are tooth colored fillings made of resin composite material, and they have different shades to match your natural tooth shade so it looks like a natural tooth and not a tooth with filling. White fillings require less removal of the natural tooth and are bonded onto the natural tooth. White fillings may not last as long as silver fillings.
Veneers
Veneers are made of porcelain material or resin composite materials. They are very thin and cover the front of the tooth. They are added for cosmetic reasons to improve color, shape, size or length of the natural tooth. They are bonded onto the natural tooth and require less removal of tooth surface. Some insurance may not cover Veneers or provide alternate benefits of less expensive procedure.
Crowns
A full crown covers the whole tooth. Crowns usually require two visits to complete. They are made of porcelain, high-noble metal, or gold. Crowns are usually done after a root canal procedure on a tooth, to cover a large decayed area or broken tooth. They are very durable and last a long time.
Bridges

Root Canal Treatment
Temporary fillings are done when root canal is done or we are waiting for pulp to quiet down before doing permanent filling or crown on that tooth. They are not meant to last a long time, and they usually wash off or break down within a month.

Dentures
Implants are replacement of dental roots. They are made of titanium. The implant is placed during the first visit. The second visit follows up with abutment placement and impression for implant crown, bridge, partial, or denture. At the third visit implant crown, bridge, partial, or denture is placed. Implants feels more like natural teeth, and they are more permanent solutions than than bridge/partials or dentures. Implants are very durable and last a long time; with proper care they may last a lifetime. They are better choice for oral health and good hygiene.

Dental Implants
Dr. Anu Beri moved to Virginia in 2007 after completing her specialty training in Periodontics and Implants at the Goldman School of Dental Medicine, Boston University where she also received her Master's in Oral Biology for research on salivary protein and Candida albicans. In addition, Dr. Beri was a clinical instructor for preclinical periodontics at the Goldman School of Dental Medicine.

At this time appropriate referrals, as needed, can be made to the specialist of concern. The convenience and close coordination afforded by having, orthodontist, periodontist and root canal, oral surgery and implant services in the same facility with general dentist is a feature nearly unique to our practice.

Orthodontics
Dr. Farid graduated from NUI University, Iran in 1974 with DMD degree, He served in military hospital from 1974 to 1976. He did his post-graduate training on orthodontics from 1974 to 1988 at NUI. Dr. Farid started his own practice in 1974 in Tehran, Iran. He practiced there until 1988, and then he moved to U.S.A. He attended West Virginia University from 1989 to 1991 and graduated with D.D.S. degree. He stayed at WVU as an assistant professor in department of restorative and operative dentistry. Dr. Farid started his private practice in 1995 in West Virginia. He joined Centreville Dental Associates in 2005. Dr. Farid also completed implant maxi course at Howard University. Dr Farid is interested in Implant dentistry, root canal treatment, oral surgery as well as cosmetic surgery.

Dr. Kermanshi provides many orthodontic treatments such as early orthodontic treatment for children, conventional and clear braces for children and adults, retainers, Invisalign® for adult, Invisalign® for teen and orthodontic treatment for patients undergoing orthognathic (jaw) surgery.
