        The workers who put in our flooring broke a family heirloom and did not tell us. I then found a shard of glass in my infant son's crib. Luckily, he had not found it and, inevitably, put it in his mouth. Despite emails, this business has not contacted my family to apologize.

        I have recently contracted with Carpet and Floor Decor to install Kraus premium hardwood floor for the main level of my house. The main level is consisted of aound 1400 sf, and they completed their job in just two days and did a very nice work. I'm very happy with the whole experience, starting with getting information about the product and finding the affordable pricing to the time they finish installing the floor. Steven and his crew were very professional. They are punctual and did what they promised in a timely manner. I have talked to other companies/contractors but none could find out the price of various products as fast as Steven and have them delivered in such a short period of time, I was really impressed with this sweet old man and I believed him when he said he has 40 years of experience in this business!!
