Bought a $28.99 ice cream cake and ask them to hold it for a day. Their policy is to keep the receipt and put it on the cake. They lost it. It took 45 minutes for them to decide to give me what I paid for when I came back to get it. Could have been handled so many better ways. The manager didn't even come out to apologize in person but sent an employee.
Just went thru drive through ordered their new home style burger didn't get it I got a little burger with 2 patties some cheese and bacon so frustrating of course I paid for the home style burger meal
Easy on/off I-5 access. Food is just ok but they have good deals. Good value for a pit stop while traveling. Employees very friendly.
Ordered 2 Chicken Baskets, chicken strips small as nuggets! The whole meal was as big as a kid meal! Very Disappointed!☹️
THE MOST RUDE STAFF WE HAVE EVER HAD TO DEAL WITH AT A DQ EVER!!! We like to stop for ice cream after ballgames and have been to this DQ several times since they opened. EVERY time we have gone the staff has been TOTALLY RUDE:(( We will not be going back there again, it's worth a few extra miles to go to another DQ in town. Hopefully someone in management, who gives a damn, will read these reviews and make the changes needed.... don't even want to rate this with even one "star"!! GO TO A DIFFERENT DQ EVERYONE!!!

This is the first negative review that I've ever written...but it needs to be written. The staff is a group of lazy, entitled, rude teenagers more concerned with gossiping in groups than lifting a finger to assist customers. Unfortunately, the evening manager usually working is worse! He is the most incompetent, lazy, and utterly rude individual I've ever had the unfortunate opportunity to come in contact with. I have never had an order be correct there. It's always missing something major and they seem to have ZERO quality control. When I brought an incorrect $48 driveup order back to be fixed after they messed it up for the 2nd time, I brought it inside the restaurant. I had driven it home twice, only to find it wrong AGAIN. I walked up to the counter and the evening manager literally called me a liar to my face and refused to fix it even though I had both the incorrect food and receipt in my hands. I was flabbergasted. Then, when I asked for his supervisors name and phone number,he REFUSED to give me the information! Then he took the incorrect food and had an employee talk to me. He took the incorrect food trying to get rid of the proof of the mistake. I've never seen any kind of manager treat a customer worse in my life! I'm still shocked, and it's been 3 months. Un-freakin-real.
