The lady told is that she would turn the breaker off in the middle of us washing because she wanted to close early.
They denied access to a Registered service animal which is ILLEGAL. These animals are exempt under the disability act. They will be turned in.
I was banned from the property by the owner when i tried to tell him that my clothes were abnormally wet when i took them out of the washer. I was just trying to be a good customer and let them know, so the machine wouldnt get broken, i was cussed at very bad and belittled and told i should know how to use a washer by my age in front of all the customers, then he was screaming at his worker. This is a very bad man that owns the property and the store next door, i dont recommend anyone to give someone that treats people this way to give him business
this laundry mat is unreal,I'm more than dissapointing is so dirty and trashy, half they freaking dryers do not work, have sign all over out of order the attendance that was there she is so rude I will never recommend anybody to go there.
Yelp lists this place as closed, but it isn't. I went here today for the first time because the place I usually go was overcrowded. No one was at this laundromat, however, and I soon found out why.Shortly after I walked in, an elderly Asian woman (manager?) began pestering me in broken English about which machine to use (she was trying to MAKE ME use the more expensive, modern machines).I eventually selected some cheaper, old fashioned machines, but she continued to pester me about how to load the soap and clothes, even though I was following the instructions on the machine! She also got up in my face when I was loading the dryer, trying to make me use two instead of one (again, for more money).Anyway, I'll likely never go here again simply because this woman is so annoying and crazy. Btw: It seemed like she left the Hispanic customers alone, but since I'm an obviously white guy, I think she thought she could hustle me.
If you have to go to a coin op, this is the one to use. Clean, wifi, friiendly, booths to eat or write at while waiting, vending machines, restroom. Big wash out sink.
I used to go here all the time to wash and dry until I got my own washer and dryer. I did like it. ...well my dryer broke and I've been washing and hanging up. With all the laundry building up I decided just to wash them all and go dry them at this laundry mat. Hauled my loads inside just to be told I can't dry there cause I didn't wash there. Business is business right?! Very frustrating after washing all day now I'm stuck with loads of wet clothes that I don't know what to with. I will never ever ever go back here!
I was sitting at the table waiting on my clothes and I started itching, I looked .. I was covered in bites w /welts. There are bed bugs in their tables!! I called their number and left a note on their door. I haven't heard back and I definitely WON'T be back.
I absolutely love this laundry mat. They aren't a high class place but keep their stuff nice and clean and in tip top working condition. They are the least expensive place in town that will always get your clothes clean and dry.
This place is awesome cheaper than anyone around and the hottest dryers in town. No B.S. here with the dry for free gag, you have to pay to dry but even with that they are still cheaper because their wash prices are much better. And they're open and have attendants 24/7 so when ever is convenient for me to wash is when I go. They have a retro feel but they've been around since my childhood there is no way I will go anywhere else.
