I was unemployed for weeks and went to staffing agency after staffing agency looking for work. I got called in to an interview with Toni at Burnett on a Friday, got a call from Michelle the following Tuesday for an interview on Wednesday and was working that Thursday. This must have been by far, the worst recruiting service I have ever had in my professional career up to this point. Believe it or not I still have not heard back from the recruiter ( Joy) about how my interview with the client went, and I had my interview with the client in December of 2016. No calls, No emails, No follow up none what so ever.I actually had the misfortune in dealing with the recruiting manager of this agency Joy De La O. She was very eager to speak with me at the beginning of the process and she went ahead and submitted my resume to the client before meeting with me in person and that was done with my permission. After the client agreed to schedule an interview with me, I requested a meeting with Joy so she can provide me with few tips on what this client is looking for so I can prepare myself for the interview; and all I got back from her was that she is too busy to provide me with any information at this time, and she gave me wrong information about the people that I will be meeting with; and I wind up meeting with different individuals.I went to the office to meet with her regardless before the interview and she had me wait outside for 15 minutes before she agreed to see me, and still didn’t give me any information about the client interview process.Of course, I know by now that I was not selected for the position at this great company because it had been over three months now. And I had to figure this out on my own because Ms. Joy would not provide me any feedback about how my interview went .I am very surprised on how can higher management of primary services agree to be represented by people like Ms. Joy. Great level of unprofessionalism, Terrible experience and I will never work with this agency again.
Some people are so sensitive. Company have the right to know about who they are possibly hiring and a responsibility to try to protect their customer and employees. The hiring mgr explained the Cole Group assists in doing this and in helping me show Im ready to work there. I answered their questions and was processed through fast. The next day I found out I got the job.
