I don't have enough words to express how great was our experience with Kenneth this morning. We bought a new home yesterday and he took his time and did an amazing job, this is what I call going above and beyond when it comes to customer service, we didn't even think about checking the attic in our house but he just went up there and took care of it. My name is Kathryn G. and we use Aptive Environmental. Our tech is Laakeem H. He is very professional and knows his job well. He helped rid our home of tiny sugar ants by finding a tiny crack in our brick where the ants entered the kitchen. He also drove to our home last week and worked in the freezing temperatures. He was just as cheerful as he always is, even in the harsh conditions. Amazing tech. Give him a raise!

The technicians and customer service have been great. Always kind, helpful and do a thorough job. My only issue is we've had a hard time keeping bugs out of our home, so they've had to come out quite a few times. Steven has been to our home one time prior to this service. He is always very kind and answers all of my questions. He also had no hesitations to do the outside of our home again, although he was only scheduled to do the inside. I highly recommend him.
