terrible service they asked for $99 just to show up.then called the next day asking for $20 extra (total of $120)more for the Cleveland downtown area.told them that I live a mile away from downtown and have my own parking .the response was if you don't pay the $120 we wont show up.I was a returning customer (they didn't care).who dose that ?after quoting $99 just to show up asking $20 more and not caring to lose the customer.i just told them I will get someone else.again avoid these people not worth the aggravation.jeff
The service was good price was affordable the problems i encountered were the time of delivery i bought the appliances around 1 pm and didnt get them until almost 8pm. The dryer worked thru a load and a half before cutting off. Called for service opening time next day was told someone would come out but no one came. Called the next day was told someone would come out but no one came. So pissed off and its the weekend uuuggghhh!!!
We purchased a GE Cafe refrigerator from Interstate Kitchen Supply 2 years ago. Recently we noticed water collection on the bottom floor of the refrigerator. The technician found the reason, the drain pan was substantially rusted and corroded which created a hole that leaked the water. This is a considerable defficiency for only 2 years old refrigerator. We wanted to pass this problem to a heigher level GE official to express our great disappointment of the GE products. We send email and GE called us back and to our shock they said the refrigerator is manufactured in 2008 which we were not aware of till now. The sales person at the store did not disclose the fact that she is selling us a 6 years old refrigerator, so according to GE this rust and corrosion could have started in that store long before it was delivered to our house. We are still looking for an explanation for such a defficiency which is a health hazardhas. Our recent findings suggests that this deficiency has been detected by several other customers. Thanks to the store representative of interstate kitchen supply, she has been helpful and cooperative to share with us the extent of this problem. She claimed that the store was not aware of the refrigerator shelf life and she took responsibility of replacing it.
The evening returns manager on 6/30/16 left little to be desired. She refused to return my item that I received a day prior via in store pick up. She kept stating that there's no way the computer could give me the wrong item! I showed her that my order slip and what was in the box to prove they didn't match. She insisted that the computer would never make that mistake! Even the gentleman that had to call her for an override didn't understand why the item was not returnable per BB policy. (Cue Idiocracy scenes.) I hope that no other customers have to deal with her. Corporate was called and I called the BB phone number to receive a label to return it correctly
You would do better looking on the streets, finding an appliance someone threw out, and fixing it yourself. That's how crappy this place is. They are a bunch of lazy drunks that don't know how to run a business. They showed up at 11 at night TOTALLY DRUNK. my brother did ALL THE WORK. And to top it off bought the wrong thing. Then when I called about a replacement the owner had the audacity to give me attitude! Save your money and shop elsewhere because with these clowns you definitely get what you pay for!
Awful customer service and unethical business practices. My sales associate (Ron) and his manager lied to me about the product I purchased and its return policy. Avoid this company at all costs.
I had technician to come out and price the repair for refrigerator. We agreed on the price. Then when technician got a part and asked me to be home so they can perform an actual fix, Tech shows only to tell me that he needs to take another look at the part. I had to take time off for him just to take a look!!!. Then they schedule a service again but never show up. It happened 3 times and every time I had to take a day off from work. Finally when tech did the job, gave me a receipt which was more than they quoted originally. I paid anyway. Couple days later, owner of the company calls me and says that technician should've charged me more and that I owe him more money. When I refused, he threatened me in an aggressive manner. He was very rude and threatened to file me for collection. Please save yourself a headache and money. This company is not worth your consideration!!!
Hi. My fiance and I purchased an LG fridge from AAA Appliance in Cleveland for $648 on 5-24-14. My fiance and a buddy of his went and picked it out and transported it home themselves. We waited a day before plugging it in only to find out that it ran, but wasn't cold. I found a stamp on the inside that said "certified junk" and writing on the back saying "dryer needs replaced". We contacted the store and they said they would send someone out to look at it. After weeks of trying to get a hold of them again since the time and day we set up was ignored and no one showed up, he finally answered and gave and excuse that their employee was sick and couldn't make it. We tried several time to set up something to have one of his people come look at the fridge, but he continued to call and make excuses for his no call-no shows. We ended up paying a third party to come look at it, another $125.62, and they said that a piece was completely cut in half and it didn't have any freon in it at all. He said it would cost a decent amount of money to get and replace what needs fixed to where he would just consider it a complete loss and wasn't worth the repair. We had to borrow two mini fridges to live out of for 3-5 months until we had enough available on a credit card to buy a new full size fridge from Home Depot. We continued trying to get a hold of the store to no avail. We ended up getting a box truck and driving all the way back to Cleveland with the non-working fridge to talk face to face with the owner. He said we were able to swap the broken fridge for another appliance if we wanted for what we paid for the fridge. We agreed since we already ended up buying a new fridge and looked at what he had, which wasn't much and a lot of it looked horrible like you could buy them on Craig's List for $50 each. He signed and dated a store receipt saying that he "agrees to replace the LG fridge with a nice working black gas stove before Dec. 25 to replace the value of the fridge including delivery." and we let him take the broken fridge (BIG MISTAKE) in good faith he would come through for us. That was 12-12-14. By not getting the stove, our first family Christmas at our first new house was ruined. I had to buy a slow cooker and use our microwave to make ham to feed about 15 people. The kids were upset that we couldn't bake cookies as a family either, and as a parent all I could want for my own Christmas is that the kids be happy and have the Christmas that they want. We have tried getting a hold of him and he had yet again started to make excuses or ignore our calls. At this point, we just want our money back, but are willing to go to court since he is refusing to refund our money or give us another working appliance. I wouldn't send my worst enemy to this dump. It has even put an extreme strain on my relationship to a breaking point. This man does not care for his customers and will string you along while keeping your hard earned money. DO NOT GO HERE.
On feb-11-2015, Best Buy management at store 162 called police on me after I used their bathroom, for what? no one can tell me? called their customer svc to complaint 3 times and finally third time they told me that I am banned from the store again I have no Idea for what? when I was in bathroom some people were there and I don't know who I guess some employees and supposedly they were asking me how I feel, I was in stall so I have no Idea how I got involve in this gay game but they called police on me, so watch out guys! I planing to file law suit for public humiliation being surrounded by three police guys like I am some kind of criminal and for what? fo nothing! police told me"we know you didn't do nothing wrong but store manager asked us to escort you out of store", but away manager never talk to me personally at all!
