I’ve had several Audi’s through their shop over the last 10 years or so and I’m not gonna lie.... they are hands down the best shop I’ve ever worked with! From random check engine lights to large expensive problems, Ėlf and the boys have ALWAYS been there for me. It’s really great to deal with a shop that has a true passion for the autos they work on, in fact I now live in Bozeman Mt and have a great dealership in town but make the drive to salt lake for any issues.... yep they’re that good. This is also the first review I’ve ever taken the time to leave for anything. Daily driver or sick little track car give these guys a shot! You’re gonna be a life long client I promise..
Takes very good care of the cars he works on
Horrible place! Dont trust them! Had my outback in for a clutch and a "no cat exhaust mod" (cat-less header, and o2 resistor trick). They replaced the clutch(took them all day because they didn't have the subaru lift for the engine). They noticed a leaking axle seal on drivers side and replaced it during the clutch job, but it kept leaking. The computer kept throwing codes because their resistor trick didnt work. I brought It back to them a second time and they said that both axle seals need to be replaced. They also put a standoff for the o2 sensor the second trip saying that would stop it from throwing o2 codes. That didn't work. So........I put the exhaust back to stock with the cats. I asked them for the $350 back for that mod. They said no, here's $100. So, in summary, they gave me a car that tripped codes and had leaking axle seals. Since they didn't correct it the second time I chose to stop using them and ask for the money back. At least the clutch works....!!!LOL...They need a lesson in good business. I don't care about the money, I just felt cheated and thought they should refund my money($350 out of a total $1700 bill) to remedy the situation.
I have never met a more cruel, rotten human being in my life than an employee at this shop. Extremely unprofessional. I can't believe that a good company would have someone like that working for them. Another man who helped us was decent so I will give one star otherwise it would be zero.
I have been taking my cars to Pablo at Jalisco Auto for 17 years and refer everyone I know to him. He's simply the best. Very knowledgeable, quick, honest and his prices are very fair. I never feel like I have to do tons of research to make sure what needs to be done to the cars makes sense/is needed. I have always had a great experience working with his shop and HIGHLY recommend his work.
Love going to this place for service and parts. Good selection and good pricing. Location is easy to get to and personell are very helpful. Love looking around at their new Crestliner and Ranger fishing boats. If I ever buy a new boat I will definitely consider buying here. Great people to work with..fun place to visit..
Service department was terrible. I had five recalls on my vehicle which needed to be done. I was told it would be a half day appointment to do all the work. I dropped off my truck at 8am. By 4pm that day nobody had called or updated me on the progress of my vehicle. I called them and found out that they didn't have all the parts after all for the "four" (???) recalls. There were five recalls that were supposed to be addressed. They said they were also only aware of 4 of the 5 recalls even though their original email stated 5 recalls and listed them. They were only able to finish one of the five recalls that day. I got a call a few days later about my appointment from Courtnie. I told her of the issues I had and she said she would call me back or have a manager call me. They never returned my calls. Maybe they are "listening" like their ads say, but that's about all they've done so far. After weeks of not getting called back, even after calling them, I was finally able to catch them on the phone and get my truck in to have the recalls finished. The day after recalls were done, I was cleaning out my truck so some friends could use it for moving, and I found covers, rivets, caps, padding, and broken pieces hidden under some cloths I had in there. These were things removed and broken during the service work performed, hidden, and not put back. So now I have to take my truck in a 3rd time for them to put everything back together? I was told half a day initially. Now it's turned into two full days plus however long to get the broken pieces replaced. This is unacceptable. But wait! The story continues! After months, they still haven't replaced the pieces they broke. What's more, they don't even do all the work that their however-many-point inspection states. For example, as given by the service manager, they don't actually check the cabin air filter even though it's on their inspection list. They guess its condition by using the condition of the air filter in the engine.
Great shop with a friendly and knowledgeable staff. They have worked on our vehicles several times and we've always been pleased. Quality work, reasonable prices with the job done quick and on time.
I live in Arizona. On 9/15/2017 I was dealing on the phone and email with this company to purchase a 2016 Ram 3500 Lariat Longhorn truck with fewer than 3000 miles. I had worked out a verbal agreement with Luis Tapia, salesman, and his supervisor on the phone at the same time, to purchase this truck for $55400, plus document fees and Utah temporary license fees, and no other fees. When I hung up we had a deal, and Mr Tapia was to email to me a memorandum of understanding. I never received this email, so I called him today, 9/16/2017; he informed me that the company sold the vehicle to another customer on site, after making the deal with me. To me this behavior is indicative of many bad things: lying, lack of ethics, dishonesty. I believe anyone who contemplates doing business with them in the future is taking a big risk. They are not trustworthy.
I have had four repairs on different cars. Soukhan fixes them right, the first time, on time--- and the prices are amazing. BMW wanted $3500 to replace two catalytic converters. Vietiane did it for $1511.For a transmission repair, estimates at dealer were $3 to $4 thousand. Soukhan did it for $899. Can't beat it. Mike Eberlein
