Had a good experience the first time, until i got on there month to kontj plan.... i moved away to california and stopped using their car wash around june or july. I Called in so they can stop charging $24.95 a month to my card because i no longer use there car wash and im still being charged each month and it now november smh.
I never give 5 stars because there is always room for improvement but not this time. Todd did an extremely thorough job washing and waxing our 40 foot motorhome for over 5 hours with only one assistant. He even got a ladder at the end to clean the rear mounted motorhome ladder. With all of the bad experiences I have had lately with businesses not caring about the job they do or the customers they serve, it's so nice to see a good one still exists. He even showed up at the scheduled day and time.

After 1 week with this company I was # 1 in the entire company!!! After asking about the prizes for the contest I won I was terminated!!! This company not only screws over it's customers but also their employees!!! If asked to sign up for a fast pass whether you cancel or not they will charge you and the managers only care about making money for themselves. They don't care about the customer or the outcome of the wash with the exception of John who has been with this car wash for 28 years, out of everyone I met in the company he is one of the few that actually cares.
Prime time car wash 19 the ave. And beathany they have taking the whole carewash and turned it into a sports wash TV food message chairs fantasy football games for the kids great place to meet and promote business I set up two contracts there while getting my car detailed I spent 50 dollars and made 1100 to replace a couple garragebdoors I'm telling you get of your ass wear your favorite sports hat get to dollars off and communicate with the world unless you lime em dirty
Very poor service starting with the manager with a bad attitude the kids are washing the car most employees do not care about the company or the customers the only reason that you have employed it's because of the cheap help but cheap help don't do a good job I'm very disappointed are there Saturday the 27th at 4 p.m. 2016 and please don't tell me that he was a Super Star Car Wash the way it's going your business is going to hell nobody gives a damn I'll be passing the word around lets you correct your business sorry I have to say this but you gotta do it for the sakes of the customers
I pay membership every month but I only use it once or twice but the car was dirty by the door I ask the guy to clean it but he refused since I only pay for basic. I asked the supervisor but he didn't care even when I ask him to clean it. He told me to cancel my account . Very bad customer service and terrible attitude.
I took my Dodge Durango through the wash a few weeks back. I parked the truck afterwards and my wife drove it the next morning. She got on the freeway and heard a loud noise after a few minutes. The stock trim around the front passenger wheel trim had torn off. I would have thought it an odd incident if not for my experience a week later with my BMW. After going through the wash, I returned home and instantly noticed that the front passenger marker light had been ripped off.A week apart and damage on the same area of two vehicles? It's pretty obvious that the car wash damaged my vehicle. I called and sent emails without response at first. The manager eventually called me back. He argued that the wash couldn't have caused the damage. I sent him an email with photos of the problem and eventually filled out an incident report. A week later, I've had no follow up from either the manager or the company. I'm out a few hundred dollars because I chose to go through this car wash.
What a joke car left pretty much as dirty as it came in. Very disappointed in the interior. I am going to sell the car so I wanted to get a good inside vacuum and whip. well they did nothing as far as I saw the car interior is as dirty as it was when I bought the car in. I will not be back.
I went there to get my car washed. When I drove up to pay, the person working there walked away, so I selected the 10.00 wash. The cheapest one is 6.00. After I swiped my card, it said that I had not selected a car wash so I selected the same wash again. The guy returned and told me that I just paid twice and that I could possibly get a refund at the shop afterwards. I went through the car wash and then went to the store to get one of the payments refunded. I asked the lady what the difference was between the 10.00 and the 6.00 car wash. She said that the 10.00 was closed and only the 6.00 car wash is available. After she blamed me for choosing the wrong car wash, she refunded the 10.00 charge for the 2nd car wash, but said that there was nothing she could do about the 4.00 difference as it was my fault for choosing the wrong option. I tried to contact managment, but nobody has gotten back to me. I don't care about 4 bucks, but paying for a service they were unable to provide...
