Recently I was in need of an Attorney to represent me in a disability hearing. I opened up the yellow pages and there was Attorney Shea Fugate. From the moment I contacted her office, I knew I had selected the right person to represent me. Shea spoke to me in a confident and caring manner, as well as explaining the what the court system and hearing would entail. At any time if I had a question or concern, I knew I could call Ms. Fugate and either she or her wonderful office staff would immediately return my call and explain or answer and question that I had.Ms. Fugate met with me after accepting my case as well as the day of the hearing. Her confidence and professionalism gave me complete assurance that I was in great hands. My case was settled and I am so grateful to a Attorney Shea Fugate. If you are looking for a smart, compassionate, and hard working Attorney, then I would definitely recommend Attorney Shea Fugate.
Hiring an attorney while dealing with a debilitating health issue was not what I would have chosen to do at a bad time in my life. With all the red tape with workers comp and long term disability and them forcing me to file for social security disability, I contacted Shea Fugate's office for help. I was treated with compassion and professionalism by Shea and her assistant from my first call to her office. I was kept updated on my case from day 1 all the way through to resolution. I have recommended Shea to others and their experiences were the same as mine. Shea is passionate about helping people like me, and went above and beyond my expectations! I highly recommend Shea Fugate!
Shea was the absolute worst. Verbally accepted my case after a 45 minute conversation. Smooth talker a big promises with her southern accent. I never received her packet in the mail 4 weeks later. I called and asked what the hold up was. She had a lame excuse but promised to send it ASAP. 2 more weeks no packet. I called again. I advised if she was not taking my case I would go to another attorney.Shea personally advised she would Fed EX the paper work. Again it never came. I called again, she didn't take my call. I am a single woman with 3 small children. Shea wasted 2 months of my case time and obviously did not care. It was like a sick joke or game she was playing with me.
"My name is Anne Marie Feigner, or Queenie. I had been athletic all my life and had traveled and entertained thousands all over the world with my husband, Eddie Feigner, and the other members of "The King and His Court". Then, in January of 2012, while on my way to a personal appearance, I became a victim in a serious automobile accident that changed my life. I could no longer play the sport that I so dearly loved. I had no choice other than to apply for disability. I represented myself and tried my best to do what Social Security required, but they denied my claim for benefits. I was exhausted and depressed. I could no longer go it alone; I needed help. Then, one day in July 2012, I was talking to a friend who recommended Danvers E. Long, a former disability judge. He agreed to personally represent me and to take care of all of the demands associated with my appeal. I was relieved and finally felt confident that I will receive the benefits that I deserve." In the time I have worked with the people at Avard Law I have found them to be highly professional and very interested in assisting me in getting acclimated to the new situation I was facing. I have no exposure to that area, but they were welcoming, friendly, professional and thoughtful and made it very easy because they know what they are doing.
Shea was the attorney for my Social Security Disability case. Due to an error with one of the judges and the lengthy time the Jacksonville Division has, my case took forever. Shea hung in there and ultimately won my case for me. She and her assistant Pat are the sweetest and hardest working people I know. I would definitely recommend her to my friends! Thanks for everything, Shea!!!
