You would think when you pay $250 for a detail service the interior would be clean. The floors were partially vacuumed, the rear doors weren't wiped down or cleaned in any fashion. None of the interior panels were cleaned, dirt and ashes were present on all of the door panels. I specifically asked Wade to shampoo the carpets and mainly focus on the interior, however he didn't even write down or notate anything I said so I'm not surprised that almost nothing I asked for got done. I had a greasy screwdriver and rag on the floor in the rear cabin, When I picked up my truck the rag was on my center console, (which now has an oil stain on it) and the screw driver was on my rear leather seats. It doesn't seem this location is very organized nor do they know how to treat a customers vehicle. Its very sad that they charge this much money for so little service. This detail job was $100 at best. Needless to say I wont return to this shop nor would I recommend anyone has there vehicle detailed here.

Amazing! My kid tortured car has been restored to like new! And it's 7 years old Benz! These guys rock!!
Very aggressive. Not sure what kind of brushes they are using, but they ripped off the clear bra on my outside mirrors. The drying blowers are so powerful they ripped molding off the car that was ahead of me. I'm looking for a safer place to wash my car.
