About Search Results

YP - The Real Yellow PagesSM - helps you find the right local businesses to meet your specific needs. Search results are sorted by a combination of factors to give you a set of choices in response to your search criteria. These factors are similar to those you might use to determine which business to select from a local Yellow Pages directory, including proximity to where you are searching, expertise in the specific services or products you need, and comprehensive business information to help evaluate a business's suitability for you. “Preferred” listings, or those with featured website buttons, indicate YP advertisers who directly provide information about their businesses to help consumers make more informed buying decisions. YP advertisers receive higher placement in the default ordering of search results and may appear in sponsored listings on the top, side, or bottom of the search results page.

Kathy's Bazaar

This was a business that I signed up for to do a bazaar at her Oregon City Bazaar. I signed up to do this event not realizing it was actually in Beavercreek, OR not Oregon City, OR which is out in the country, at their local grange hall. Sadly this person did no advertising for the event. We had no traffic to the event. There was only the signs that were out front of the grange none directing them from the nearest busy intersection. When I asked the Kathy why there was no signs she giggled and said she lived over an hour away and she did not want to drive to the area to set up the signs but her husband would go out and set them up right away. My husband left to get us coffee 10 min away in Oregon City and he noticed that the only signs that were there was the signs that were in front of the grange hall. I also paid $70 for 2 spaces she gave me 2 tables in a L shape which was not 2 full spots that I paid for. She was charging $40 per spot but gave me a $10 discount for ordering 2 spots. When the vendors would arrive she did not have tables labeled she just asked them where would you like to set up? I brought up to her attention that I was not happy with my arrangement of how my spot was and I deserved to have more for what I paid for. She just shrugged her shoulders and stated I get what I get. Still not happy I was willing to hold out for a little while. We order lunch around noon with the hot dog vendor, who stated to me that the only business they were getting was from the vendors themselves and no other paying customers. Still having no customers I decided to go and see the Thrive vendor and I got some food from her around 12:45 pm and then we packed up and left at 1pm. The funny thing when I posted my complaint on Facebook she came back and stated that I was there only 2 hours. Not sure how that can be since I have a receipt showing from Square when I bought my last item before I left.
