We ordered a bathroom counter top on My 5th and paid a 50% deposit. We have had to follow up all the time with them to ensure it was going to be done. On My 22nd when they promised installation no response from them. After 3 calls they said their saws had been broken. We have had to do all the leg work on it. We ended up asking for our money back and having to cancel the project as we are trying to sell the house and have no more time. It was a very bad experience.

I want to help you not make the same mistake I did by doing any business with legacy countertops!!! DONT DO BUSINESS with this company you will regret it. They ran out of clear sealant for the seams in the middle of the job so they finished it with brown, yea so I have two different colors. I have a big seam in the middle of my counter and it has popped up. The guy they sub contract to take out your cabinets to install your granite, which I was never told would be an additional cost, didn't finish the job and was an outrageous cost. The job was not done well, if you want professional work I do not recommend going with this company. I'm writing this review years later because I'm still so sad about the work that was done, and I really don't want anyone else to have to go through it!
If I could leave no star, I would. This company was by far the worst company I've ever dealt with. They installed my granite in my kitchen, and after inspecting the project, I noticed that in the sink area, it had been broken not in 1, not in 2 but in 4 places!!! They couldn't even manage to remove the glue they used on the underneath part of the granite. The company insisted that the granite had not been broken, but that what I was seeing were "fissures". After lots of research, I found that fissures are on the surface of the stone, and not all the way through the stone. My granite "fissures" we're cracks, as in broken all th way through. I had several other companies give me their opinion on Legacy Granites work, and indeed, my granite had been broken. The company gave me a ridiculous $200 discount for overpriced granite and horrible install. They company claims they will fix whatever happens to the granite In the future, but I'm not so sure they'll be around much longer. Do not work with this company. You will be extremely disappointed. I wish I would have fought harder for what I wanted, a nice looking piece of granite that hadn't been filled and epoxyed in several places. This company lies to you and threatens you in any way they can to get their money instead of making things right. Do not trust them. Do your research on the horrendous company
Don't trust them! Legacy installed countertops in our kitchen and bathrooms about 18 months ago. Looked great, but after a few months a crack developed on kitchen island. They sent a crew who repaired with epoxy and it looked OK. 4 months later the patch fell out, so I called asking for repair crew to return. I was told they are under new management and WILL NOT HONOR WARRANTIES from previous owners. I always thought that when you buy a business and their good name and reputation, you also buy their liabilities. They obviously don't think so.UPDATE: I spoke to Legacy again, and they said they would send a repair man out to look at counter and see what repairs were required - AT MY EXPENSE. Waited for him to show up, and he never came or called. This is the second time they have done that to me. BBB complaint is next.
Legacy Granite is excellent! They installed granite countertops in my kitchen and it looks better than I thought it would. The seams are blended very well and the look is superb, plus we received an excellent deal!
