BEWARE!!! I phoned to reserve a taxi for the following day. The fare for a 3 mile trip was $25.00!! The explanation was they had to come from Middletown! This company was listed as being in Centerville and when challenged over this they said they use to have a "satelite" location in Centerville but closed it and just kept the phone number! Problem is they never said a thing about this and the cost of what should have been a $10.00 fare was actually $8.33 a mile!! They are deciteful and dishonest. Not to mention they arrived ten minutes late! With these poor business practices, they should never be allowed into Centerville again! NEVER AGAIN!!

I used them two days in a row. Both days they came 20 minutes late and made me late to work my first week on the job. They drive slow as hell. The car smelled like straight smoke and gave me a big headache. Top it all off the second day the driver had no gps and no clue where the heck he was going. I had to give him directions!! Seriously!! Very unprofessional!

I have never rated a business before but this one is an exception. Our daughter [who resides in West Carrollton, OH] was recently a victim of domestic violence. She's been badly beaten by a boyfriend she moved in with only days before. We live in another state a couple of thousand miles away from her. You can imagine the panic we felt being so far away and knowing our adult child had been battered enough that the police had taken her to the hospital so as she could be treated for the injuries to face and other areas of her body.



She sat in the Emergency Room of a nearby hospital for well over two hours before they found the time to treat her. The fact that she was devastated from the beating and badly hurt didn't give her priority. It took us phoning the ER and demanding they treat our daughter before it occurred to the staff that a woman with a battered, bloody, swollen face that had been brought in by the police needed help! She had been beaten to the point she had lost consciousness for almost six hours before she could call 911 for help. We stayed on the phone with her as much as possible.



She had no money with her, just the clothes on her back. I found MIAMI VALLEY TAXI on this website and called. I told the dispatcher the circumstances and asked if he would allow me to pay them over the phone using my credit card. (Most all cab companies require upfront payment and show proof of credit card. I had already been turned away from YELLOW CAB. ) He stated, "Well, we usually want to see the card but we'll make an exception." What a nice guy! I gave him my card info and he told me that he would have a driver stay in the area. I told him I had no idea when my daughter would be out of the hospital. He said all she has to do is call and tell them her name and they would be right there to help. For hours they kept a taxi in the area of the hospital so our daughter wouldn't be put in the position whereby she had to wait.



My daughter called at 4:00am (Ohio time) and said she'd just gotten back to her home. The instant she walked out the door of the hospital MIAMI VALLEY TAXI was there waiting for her. These guys are the BEST!! It was so comforting to know that in spite of the fact that we couldn't be there they were. I appreciate their loyalty, their service, and their deep compassion. Sometimes when you think there no angels or heroes and don't know where to turn one appears. Ours just happened to be in a taxi. From our hearts to yours, MIAMI VALLEY TAXI, thank you so much!

These guys were fast and on time. My driver showed up in a clean newer car, and Wow this is the first cab I have had in a wile that the driver could speak ENGLISH. THANKS SO MUCH. Kenny from the bar.

It has been along time since there has been a local taxi company here in the montgomery county area. Its the first time ive used them and will continue to use them. I called them up and asked for a taxi. They told me the time and they were prompt and had no troubles taking me where I wanted to go. The Drivers are clean. The cars are clean. And they are the most reasonably priced taxi there is to offer. I would recommend this company to anybody that needs a taxi quick and clean. Thank you for all your help Miami Valley.
