        Overall

        The repairman, Tim was very helpful with the repair of my washing machine. He checked every part he could to make sure what was wrong with the washer not working. He was very friendly and again very helpful.

        Overall

        No one came to my house. The serviceman called and asked what was wrong. I explained the front wheels wore out AGAIN. I told him I can put them on of he sends the parts. They have arrived and I have replaced the wheels
