My co-workers and I went here for our annual Holiday dinner; which we have done for many years; and we received the WORST service EVER! I arrived late and my friends had already been seated at a table set for 4. I would make 5 and I asked if there was any way to have another table added or another chair pulled over and I was told by our waitress that I need to squeeze in next to my friends on the bench seating along the wall. I was puzzled since there were very few parties seated in the restaurant. I have never gone into a restaurant where the customer had to accommodate the business. While smushing into the bench seating a busgirl noticed how uncomfortable we were and asked if she could get me a chair, I very happily said yes. While perusing their menu we noticed that the busgirl had gotten in trouble for giving me an extra chair. We felt horrible but what could we do. Then after the drama from the extra seat, we were ready to order. 2 of my friends placed their order from the fixed menu and then came my turn. I began to order my appetizer, and no sooner then the word “calamari” came out of my mouth, my waitress told me "no." I pointed to my selection on the menu and she then snatched the menu out of my hands and told me no once again. I was very confused at this point. She proceeded to walk away without explanation. I found the busgirl, apologized for the commotion, and asked to speak with the manager. I was told that the mgr was busy and the bartender/asst mgr came over instead. He informed me that I was asked to squeeze in because they would need the table later (btw it was never used while we were there along with a few other tables that sat empty) He then asked me to fill in the seat that my friend was in after she leaves (she was leaving early). I agreed. I continued to explain the menu situation, he apologized for her behavior but explained that I had received an old menu. I had no problem ordering from the current menu, but it was all about how the waitress handled the situation This happened last December and I have yet to return. Admittedly the service had always been extremely slow every time I’d eaten at Casselli’s, but the food and entertainment were always good so we conceded to how it worked there. After having such a miserable and nasty waitress along with the slow service I will sadly and angrily say I will never eat there again!

I tried this restaurant out after buying a certificate on restaurant.com. They have "new administration" that was not willing to accept the certificate. The food was really good. Ambiance left something to be desired - tables/booths were pretty 80's and out of date. I would probably have gone back (and paid full price) in the future because the food was really great, but it left a bad taste in my mouth. Plus I wasn't able to tip my server because their credit card system didn't have a place to leave a tip.
The food here is best I've tasted. The Jerk chicken will hve you thinking you were actually in jamica mon'. I travel from my home in Sharon Hill no matter what to get the food here. I've even taken orders from my work place to get their food for my co-workers because they don't deliver. I wish they would deliver to my job because they will definely make a killing(a lot of money)there. J&J Restaurant is the bomb!!!! I go there at least 2-3 times a week.
This place has provided me reliable service for a very long time. Their prices on malted beverages cannot be beat by anybody. Indeed my only complaint is that they do not prevent the homeless men who hang out there from asking me for spare change. I find that to be hella annoying. Sometimes they give me free fruit.
I visit La Lupe's once a week. I always order the tacos and tostadas. The roast pork with pineapple chunks a.k.a Al Pastor is my favorite. I am a taco lover and so far La Lupe is the best. If you enjoy authentic Mexican food you have to visit La Lupe's.
I love the sushi and chinese food they offer at Terryin. The eel sushi is my favorite and their soups are perfect to warm your belly. The staff is wonderful and have even served us during their off hours. Definitely recommend this place!
this is one of the best pizza shops in Philadelphia. I go there all time, they have very good food big portions and great prices. if in center city and looking for good cheese steak,go there .they have clean dining room and fast service.
The food is the best. Its clean good service you also get a lot of food for for nothing. They also have the best damn coffee I've ever had and the waiters are polite and kind. I love this diner its the best!
First off, it's not a Mexican restaurant, it's Costa Rican. The food is simple and delicious, especially the ceviche. The owners run the place with a small, friendly staff and are extremely hospitable.
Good food, great takeout dining. Staff is to the point and understaffed. Don't expect a long conversation or detailed descriptions of food choices. All in all great food and comparably priced.
