South Suburban Parks and Rec

Thieves run rampant in the south suburban parking lots of their parks.....cars are broken into almost every day and they know about it and do nothing whatsoever.....i personally watched as thieves broke windows and stole right out of the cars in the middle of the day....the rangers are non existant.
