While the facility is spotlessly clean and the occupational and physical therapists are kind and professional, I found other staff to be indifferent and unresponsive to patients' needs.For example, when my friend who is a patient there and visually impaired, spilled a drink in her lap no-one responded to the call for help in a timely manner. I had to go to the Nurse's station and request help which eventually came but was ineffective. The aide was unaware of the restrictions about my friend being allowed to get up unaided though these were posted on her bed. A spilled drink is not a life or death issue but if it had been the response could have had disastrous consequences.

I had a rude worker answer the phone and when I asked if I could speak to my friend I heard the phone get slammed down and the girl fussed I also heard they were closing down. It smells bad and I don't how the Health Department allows this place to stay open. When do they inspect this place? How do they find these workers? I would visit my family members often. I wouldn't recommend this facility to anyone, not even my dog! This is a sad facility and IMO needs to be shut down.

Exceptional nurses and home health care. My nurse really listened to me and cares. Let's hope I don't get sick again, but if I did I would use this company's services again. Such nice people.

This place is a disgrace. My family member's clothes were stolen, the social services folks were rude, condescending and not knowledgeable of my family member's medicare rights. They had absolutely no idea of what they were talking about. In addition, the social service person, along with other Powerback administrators loudly admonished me regarding my family member's options in a common area. They did not ask me to their office nor my family member's room- HUGE HIPAA VIOLATION. The therapist had very little interest in the progress of my family memebr. I chose the facility due to its location which provided me the opportunity to see my family regularly. It was not worth it at all. Do NOT send your family member to this facility

My mother was in this nursing home for two weeks. They did not respond when she would called out for help. They left her sheets soiled the entire overnight shift. The food was horrible. If you care anything about your love ones, please consider another home who would at least act as if they care even if they don't. The doctor only visited her once. Meds was never on time therefore she was always in pain. I can go on and on but overall. This nursing home is not even worth a one star.

If I were able, I'd give no stars. My mother was sent here for rehab after back surgery. Within one week, she passed away due to an alleged myocardial infarction aka heart attack. She was relatively young and in good health overall with exception of her back issues. She nor anyone on her side of the family had no history of heart problems. So this attests to the horrifically subpar care they provide.Now, the facility itself, as well as the staff and standard of care is just atrocious. I've never seen a medical facility as filthy and depressing as this one. The facility and its patient rooms were decorated (or lack thereof) in an archaic fashion. Nothing matched, the bed was a manual crank bed and the furniture looked as if it came from a 60's yard sale. One last nugget of info...the entire floor shared one cordless phone so if your loved one doesn't have a cell phone, don't even attempt to reach him. If you love your family member or friend, do NOT ever send him here. It's literally a one-way ticket to the grave.

Caring Heart is a beautiful facility! It is such a relief to know that your loved one is safe and comfortable. I would recommend Caring Heart to anyone who is looking to do rehab in a clean friendly and caring environment.

My partner was admitted for Physical Therapy following hip replacement. Three days after admission to Tucker House he has not been evaluated by the group's physician, and he has had one short session of PT, even though his surgery was performed 10 days ago! The nurses are pleasant enough.
