The tech bad mouthed the previous tech. Was on his phone most of the time. Didn't work much to my dishwasher just ordered parts. Said the sound my washer was making was normal for the age but it's not. Hope I don't get him again.

The worst customer service possible!

Purchased a tiller two months ago and it is falling apart. Management claims they can do NOTHING to refund my money!! Told me to call customer care 800 # where 2 of the 3 people could barely speak English! No help whatsoever. I am a long time Sears/Craftsmen fan who is realizing why this company is going under. So damn frustrated! My business is going elsewhere!

I was really disappointed because when I called I ask if there was anything I could look for because the whole stove did not work which made me think that it was the fuse or something like that. I told the person I had went down and tripped the fuse a couple of times but that did not work. If I had known to pull the stove out and check the plug in I could have saved close to $100 for the guy to pull the stove out and just tap the plug in and it worked.

Sears is working overtime to ensure that we never do business with them again. The repair technician would not listen to what we had to say regarding our oven. This was the fourth visit so far, and another appointment is scheduled next week.
