        Extremely poor customer servic...

        Extremely poor customer service on the service side of the business. Continually had to make multiple calls to get follow up and on several occasions dealer was unwilling to resolve problems; most notably, complete failure to help resolve a problem with a clearly defective tire that went bad after 20K miles
