        After having my third baby, I was looking for new motivation and a mental outlet to relieve stress. i lovekickboxing was a perfect for me! I take a hour for myself. Nothing feels better than kicking and punching that bag! I've lost 40lbs in 10months. I highly recommend this place.

        Overall

        Getting back into working out has been hard. This started as a 'well, let's try this" and has turned into a new found love! The staff are awesome and supportive and make working out a great and rewarding challenge every time!

        I started at ILoveKickBoxing and all I can say is I absolutely LOVE it! They welcomed me and made me feel right at home. Well organized, clean and the staff is beyond fun and supportive. They make sure you know that they are there to help you achieve your goals and stand by your side all the way.
        I can't wait to get lean, lose some unwanted weight and get my energy back so I can keep up with my Kiddos!
