Initially it took almost 2 weeks for the house to get on the market. I was listed with this agent for 7 months. We did not get a single offer, open houses were done only once every 3-5 weeks. I made very clear what my bottom line price was, I was constantly asked to set a lower price. I was told I was not a team player if I didn't lower the price. My yard sign broke it took over 3 weeks for her to do anything about it, it sat outside looking ugly. I work 2nd shift and notifed the agent I need at least a days notice for a showing since I sleep all morning. I kept getting asked for showings with less than a days notice, once with only 1 hour. My wife got pregnant and I decided to cancel my listing, its been a week and a half and the house is still listed. It took over a week for her to fax me the cancelation papers. When asked why this was taking so long she responded very rudely.
