Overall

I wish I would have read reviews before buying my washer and dryer from them. They told us that everything was refurbished. The dryer started making a grinding noise and overheating the day we got home and set it up. The belt on the washer broke and the pump leaked water. Nothing was refurbished on either unit.

Never do business with those people. I bought a washer and dryer there, they claim to give you a "30 day guarantee" for the appliances they sell. When I asked to have that in writing, the owner said they don't do that. That should've tipped me off right there. Initially they delivered the appliances, and they were not installed correctly. I had to keep calling and texting so they could go have it done. The owner blamed the delivery guy for being unprofessional. Then a couple days later the dryer was having issues, my daughter tried to dry some garments and there were sparks coming out. I had to take 3 different trips to the store, they wouldn't help me and to make a long story short they kept pointing fingers (between the employee and the owner) as to why they hadn't gone to fix it. They "finally" scheduled an appointment to go to the house and fix it, they never showed up. I had to pay someone else to fix it. IF YOU ARE PURCHASING APPLIANCES THERE, BUT AT YOUR OWN RISK. They won't honor their word. Go do business elsewhere.

This place is horrible! We bought a washer and dryer from them in October and the dryer worked for like a week. After that we waited for a month to hear back from them and decided to finally take it in and exchange for a new one. They gave us a new washer and shortly after that our washer broke. We went back in and the guy told us we could bring it in and that would be 50$. So we decided to fix it ourselves. It was the lid switch that was broke and when we took the old switch out they didn't have the right switch on it for that specific washer. Lazy people just trying to make a profit.

Buyer beware when purchasing from this company. They practice false advertising, do not stand behind their sales, sell broken appliances as "refurbished," offer to charge $30 to $50 per hour to repair what they just sold you as a working appliance and then threaten harassment charges if you try contacting them to return your appliance. I purchased a set of appliances from them for $600.00 and it worked for a day and now they refuse to assist in any way. I have seen similar posts with the same concerns. They are NOT accredited with the Better Business Bureau as they say they are and they do NOT have contracts with big box stores as they say they do. The manager of each store they indicated to me has called and told them to cease and desist inferring the association because there is none! I guess the sign on the door about being a "Christian business" is worth about as much as the paper it's printed on. Are these the type of people you want to spend your hard-earned money with?! Buyer beware!
