Terrible customer service, especially through the outside company that manages the customer accounts. When I called to cancel my membership due to being relocated for work, I was told that I would still have to pay the next two months gym fees. I signed up for the auto pay option, and they continued to try to take payments out of my account for the next FOUR months until I had to block the account. When I called in to the membership company I was talked down to and told that they never received any notice at the same time that the lady on the phone said that she had talked to me when I originally called to cancel. It is too bad that they deal with this outside company to handle the memberships because the staff in the office were nice and helpful. The way I was treated by the membership company makes me want to never recommend this gym to anyone. I will never use this gym again, nor will I tell others too.
