I formerly spent between 15 and 20 dollars per week at this location with no trouble at all. After tonight I will not return. A machine did not work and I had already put in the soap and fabric softener (which I purchased from their machines). The attendant, Steffan, quickly agreed to get me another set of laundry supplies and told me I could move to another machine. While he was getting the supplies I moved my laundry to a neighboring machine to be told that I could not use that machine, but it was alright because an inferior machine had been started for me to use. When I expressed dissatisfaction the attendant became hostile advising me that I could not file a complaint because he had "fixed" my problem and asking why I had a problem moving my clothes (a task I had already performed). He then went into his office and when he walked past again muttered that I should give him his soap back and several unkind and inappropriate remarks which do not bear repeating. Moving my clothes turned out not to be a problem. I packed them up and left for another laundry which shall, until that particular attendant is no longer present, enjoy my custom.
Workers are nice until someone comes in they or the owners know. Then they are bullies to regular patrons
I deducted one star because they seem pricy compared to some other places and the atmosphere isn't the best. The other star because they don't seem to care about the place past getting their money. Machines have been down for weeks seemingly without maintenance and the mens restroom has been "out of order" for months. If you have 3 loads to wash and dry you're looking at spending nearly 20 bucks. To me that is ridiculous. I bring my own soap which helps, but prepare to use their change machines heavily. It's close to where I live, which is nice, but I'm looking for something better.
