BEWARE!! of buying a USED car from these people. They sold me a certified pre owned car that was owned by a smoker. This dealership did a very good job of masking the smoke odor. I didn't smell the odor until 2 months after I purchased the car. Extremely disappointed by their unethical decision of not even telling me that the car was previously owned by a smoker.

Terrible service. With terrible attitudes. They do not conduct good business practices at all all. Would never go back or refer anyone to them.
Went car shopping for my daughters first car, this lot seemed to have a few nice cars. Alex the sales rep was nice he informed me of a 2004 Impala they just got so we checked it out. After being informed there was nothing wrong with the car as "Alex drove it for a few weeks" we purchased the car. We then find out that the car was in an accident and the frame was broke. Jim Miller asked me to return the car so they can have it looked at. They sent it to a "frame specialist" and assured me that it was fixed and the car is fine. The car was making a strange noise so I had it looked over. The frame is still bent it is higher on the driver side and dog trots when driving. Unfortunately the deal is done and now we have a car that has a bent frame. People just don't value honesty any more, I will NOT return to this dealership for ANY service.
We bought Honda used car from them and very next day we noticed many hidden problems. We contacted them on the same day but now they are saying that it’s our responsibility and they can’t do anything. It’s really very frustrating to get such response from reputed dealers.
The people that run the service department here are exceptionally knowledgeable, friendly, and understanding. Never had a bad experience here!
