This has been the worst experience. I have not had Internet for 2 months, 24 hour "tech support," is not helpful, customer service does not do their job, do not put in tickets when they say they will, do not show up for appointments, etc, etc etc. They wonder why you are upset. Media com is bethere than this if that tells you anything.

Only internet provider where I actually got the speed I pay for! I got 30 mbps internet and my speed test showed 30! Internet has always been great and haven't had a single issue. Service guy was a pleasure to work with also.
If you want an internet service provider who (1) fails to consistently deliver the speed advertised, (2) provides shoddy equipment that cannot service your entire SMALL home, (3) employs technicians who fail to inform you of all charges, only to assess a petty $7.87 bill, (4) deal with attitude and customer service reps who seem uninterested in assisting you, then IMON is for you.
This is the worst company EVER!!! We don't have service 80% of the time. Call customer service and they will be put front with you that they don't care. We will get a tech to your house in 7-10 business day but they won't be able to fix your problem. We looking at paying to get out of our contract because this is by far the worst company I have ever had to deal with. DO NOT JOIN THIS COMPANY
From the day of installation, I have had an excellent experience with IMON. The few times I needed to call customer service, my questions were answered immediately.
They screwed up my billing and blamed me . they want me to pay a late fee because they screwed up and they will not work with you. Ive never had a company out right accuse you of misleading them. Will be stopping service and take my business elsewhere.
I understand why they want you to sign a contract. Reviews from others are correct. Hard to make a payment, and should they receive your payment late BEWARE..you will need to read fine print on next month's bill as you will have two different payment dates!!!!!! Nightmare of a company!
Wow. I have never experienced so much trouble with my Internet and cable TV. ImOn is a joke. I have had Mediacom and Dish and never experienced this many problems. Funny I still pay my bill every month but don't get the service I should receive. Hey ImOn how about a credit on my bill for all the Times it don't work. I will be calling mediacom or Dish on monday. Horrid. They charge fees for litterally everything and Internet service is much slower than what I am paying for. I left mediacom for this company and they are the worst! Apparently not... Imon is taking the lead.
Had an issues on the first day, but they came and fixed it the next day. I will trust the local rep more than the actual customer service.
