The employees here are nonexistent, and when they do decide to grace you with their presence, they are very very rude. I was buying some boots that I had asked them to hold for me, and I made to grab the box to open it and make sure I had the right size, and the cashier snatched them back saying, "Have you paid for these?" Then, when I actually went to pay for them, they charged me $25 for shoes that were labeled as $20! And said they were mislabeled and it was a mistake. I mean, it might seem like I'm making a mountain out of a mole hill over five bucks, but I've worked in retail and customer service as a low level employee my whole life and so I have a lot of patience and tolerance for retail employees, but this guy sat there and fought with me over a very clearly labeled price; the whole shelf of the same shoes were labeled as such, for each colour. And it wasn't a young employee, it was a much older man with an attitude problem. Like, I've done retail for years, having a bad day is completely understandable, but this guy was just infuriating. Like, I even waited a few hours to cool off before posting this review, but I am still just as angry. As for the other employees, completely ignored me, were out of sight when I was looking for one. I'm not a high maintenance shopper. I rarely require assistance, I'm in and I'm out and I don't expect employees to be there for my every whim, but at 5'1, there comes a time when I simply cannot reach things and do need help. The only employee was also the only girl I saw, and she was sooo personable and helpful and busy. It looked like she was doing the work of three employees while the others loafed around.
I was on the Riverwalk and was talking to a guide, who directed me to Paris Hatters. Abe was really the nicest, and Gabe hooked me up with the 10X Chocolate. Came all the way from Denver, Colorado and it was worth it. Thanks to all!!

25. What Women Want
If you haven't visited this place you are really missing out. The prices are fair and the store is clean and neat, not thrift store looking at all. I brought a few of my clothes that I can no longer fit into, and they sold everything, too. Friendly, staff, too.

Wow what a place... Walked in looked around and made it toward the back. Where register was closed and not one but 4 employees were standing at the closed register. I ask one of them if the could check the price on a item. She promptly told me well it's 40 percent off. I said yes, but there is no price tag and it seemed it was maybe accidentally thrown in the clearance shelve. She rolled her eyes and proceeded to earn her money the attitude of her and the other three clowns... Sorry, employees at the counter was amazing. Found one good sale. All of this uninspiring generic clothing. Safe to say I won't be back. I can find grey black brown clothing just about anywhere.my advise; go to abochromi or American eagle where the employee if not sincere can at least fake it better. Their selection at least has more color better selection. Hands down better people. That to me translate to cooler people. Good by hollister I am sure my review means nothing since there are plenty of people drinking your cool aide. I will justake sure to info people not to go there
This store is run by very young adults, none of which actually understand the concept of "customer service." I recently bought 4 hoodie sweatshirts on sale from Hollister for christmas gifts. Two of the hoodies were not the correct size. When I attempted to take them back WITH receipt for an exchange, I was told that they were no longer on sale and I would have to pay additionally for each hoodie exchanged. When I explained that I didn't want any money back, just a different size, I was met with a stoic, uninterested face. The young girl said, "You either have to pay the difference or you can just keep them." Not that Hollister seems to care--but, they just lost a customer who like to shop. However, it won't be at Hollister's.
