Golden Ale | Batch 14 | 4 SRM | 15 IBU. Trailrunner Golden Ale is our easy drinker! A perfect sipper to refresh after a run around Brushy Creek, a bike ride down Parmer Lane, a morning full of yard work, or a long day at the office. This crisp session ale is brewed to be subtly complex and incredibly approachable. We use a blend of German Pilsner and American Two Row Barley with a dash of light crystal malt to give TrailRunner a crisp yet malty finish. A dash of zesty and citrusy American finishing hops round out the palate

American Brown Ale | Batch 5 | 20 SRM | 30 IBU. Our Brushy Creek Brown Ale is malty, toasty, and chocolaty. Not too heavy, but not too light, with just enough American hop character to give it a nice kick in the finish. This recipe had developed a cult following for its distinct character and clean finish. Shockingly easy to drink in the Texas weather, take a dip into Brushy Creek, we're sure you'll see what we mean

Coffee Stout | Batch 7 | 50 SRM | 30 IBU. Our house specialty brew unites our two in house features, fresh roasted coffee and great craft beer. Brewed with six specialty malts and a light touch of lactose sugar at the end of the boil, our House United Stout is a rich, complex beer with a subtle sweetness and a big coffee nose and finish. We carbonate this one with a special gas blend that gives House United Stout a decadent velvety texture

Pale Ale | Seasonal April - September | 16 oz Pint | 31 IBU. The Beach Bear has awoken from his hibernation just in time for the Texas Summer (April-September). Beach Bear is light bodied, crisp, slightly sweet, and a little fruity from the whole cone American hops added late in the boil and after fermentation. Cascade and Green magic combine to provide a grassy, grapefruit, orange, lychee, and kiwi hop flavor that melds nicely with a primarily pilsner based beer. Our house yeast provides a lager like drinkability to this ale that makes it a quaffable option for the hot summer that doesn't lack in flavor!

Hefeweizen | Seasonal July - September | 16 oz Pour | 11 IBU. It's wonderous, the delicate and delicious balance of spicy and fruity esters in Wonder Boy Hefeweizen. This smooth, rich yet refreshing ale is our Texas twist on a favorite style. Soft white wheat, bready Munich malt, and German pilsner malts build the backbone, American Cascade hops add a unique yet subtle citrusy note, but our unique yeast blend does the heavy lifting. Prost!

Double IPA | Rotational | 12 oz Pour | 88 IBU. 8.5.88 is our Texas take on the increasingly popular hazy, juicy, unfiltered IPAs of the North East. Brewed with a specific strain of English yeast, believed to better extract the glycoside compounds from the hops, this IPA is smooth and juicy, yet hardly bitter. Big doses of oats and wheat lend to a fluffy yet light mouth feel that provides a perfect back drop for the insane amounts of hops we use to make this IPA. Centennial, Cascade, Azacca, Pekko, and Jarrylo hops meld together to form a profile that includes oranges, pears, apples, peaches, pineapple, mango, grass, and resin. Brewed to celebrate our brewer's birthday, this is a once a year brew (for now) so drink it fast, and drink it fresh!
