Preferred Care at Home of North Austin and Williamson County

Thank you to all of the staff and caregivers who have taken care of my mother for the last 6months. You have allowed me to love and cherrish the time I have with my mother rather than taking care of her. I can not thank you enough and I could never give you a reference worthy of all the love and compassion you have shown both myself and mother. Thank you!

As a retired Marine I have humbled myself and finally reached out for help. It was not easy but after several companies came to visit me and promised their care was the best I received a call from PCAH. The administrator herself called me and stated how she obtained my name and number and asked me how she could be of service. She was very warm in speaking to me so I responded with the issues I was having both physically and financially. She asked me if I would like for her to come visit me and discuss how she could help, she stated even if her company could not assist me she would make sure someone would! We met the next morning and come to find out as a veteran there is a benefit that would assist with the financial issue and she handed me a packet of paperwork necessary to get the ball rolling. This "angel of mine" stayed for nearly three hours in my home and assisted with the VA paperwork and while there made me lunch. As you can imagine this tough Marine was touched by her generosity and trusted the service she recommended. I am pleased to say I get a weekly visit from her and the 2 caregivers she orientated to me are still with me. They are my family and are the very best!
