If you would like to be lied to and cheated out of your money, then definitely shop here. Their ethics and customer service is some of the worst I've ever seen. I purchased a couple of recliners they had on clearance. When I was paying for them, I asked the sales rep Diane if I didn't like the way they looked in my house, could I return them? She said the recliners were on clearance and typically there are no returns on clearance items, but if they didn't work for me, to call within 48 hrs and they would accept the return. The chairs were delivered the next day and I decided once I got them that they weren't gonna work for me. I called Diane and told her I would like to return them. She said she would ask her manager and then told me "don't get your hopes up". What?!?!?! I then proceeded to remind her of her offer to call her in 48hrs. She said she would have her manager call me. I got a call from the manager and he rudely informed me that the invoice clearly states there are no returns on clearance merchandise. When I explained the conversation I had with Diane initially, he told me that Diane confirmed she never told me I had 48hrs. After much back and forth, the manager told me I could return the merchandise if I paid a 25% restocking fee and ANOTHER $100 to come pick it up. This is after I paid the initial $100 to have it delivered. This is a $400 mistake I will never make again.



Bottom line: do not trust anything these people tell you (especially Diane). They will promise the moon just to get your money. Once they have it, good luck. This location and it's employees are the reason I will never buy a la-z-boy product ever again.
