While I understand how our customer may have felt for expecting additional extensions to his sectional, we spoke over the phone several times after the merchandise had been delivered and we reviewed the invoice which was 100% clearly itemized what was included. We work hard to insure excellent service and although we proposed several solutions our customer, he adamantly refused anything other than what he perceived should be done which was to receive a free additional piece of furniture which was not listed on his invoice plus free delivery. Every year we service over 3000 customers and we "bend over backwards" -as they say- to insure customer satisfaction. BBB is a "pay-to-play" structure which easily misleads consumers into thinking that a company that is in good standards with THEM (the BBB) is actually a good company overall when it could be a fly-by-night start up company. BBB charges for being "accredited" and obtainig "A" status. In other words, you have to pay for your "A" grade. Quoted from their very own website today: " BBB Accredited Businesses must pay a fee for accreditation review/monitoring and for support of BBB services to the public. Per BBB website."
