I have been going to them since they opened in their new sight outside of the mall. The husband, ( owner ) does very well with the SNS nails. His wife, however is not gentle at all, and five days ago when I had a pedicure, it was terrible. She grinded with the sandpaper on my toe nails, and trimmed way too short, now one of my toe's looks infected. It hurts and was not what a pedicure is supposed to be like. I asked her several times to be more gentle but she was not listening.

Love your nail salon, Tom.
This new salon is clean & professional. I like their special 25% off.
Possibly 2 stars for nice atmosphere and friendly folks. However, with respect to a pedicture - it is not much more than a foot soak, minimal buffing on the feet, and a polish change. It is much the same as if this were a home soak in the footbath and a girlfriend putting on the polish. I do have hard heels with callouses and was careful to ask about these during the pedicutre. My polish is changed but the sides and bottoms of my feet and heels look like a peeling mess. The top polish is fine, but the top of some of my nails wasn't properly filed and has some unevenness with partial nail showing over the polish. Again, nice folks perhaps well intended - but I am going to have to spend time myself trying to really get the pedicture I really needed. I am fortunate that I don't have an event to attend with open heels. So sorry, as I'd hoped to be back.
