We bought a car and less than 2 hours later it wouldn't run tried to return was told no. Next day we drove it transmission went out, tried to return said no. they said would look at it right away it set for 17 days before they even looked at it. They said it came with 6 month 6000 warranty it did not they charged it to us. They agreed to put new transmission in they put in a used one with 80,000 miles on it. agreed to pay me $100 a week while I didn't have the car. Only paid for one week its been four weeks now they said that was fair enough. They lied to sell us the car they lied about fixing right away and lied about using new parts in the service contract to fix it

Extremely overpriced for USED and VERY USED automobiles. They are in it for the money not customer satisfaction. I do not recommend victory motors to anybody. Do your own research on the car you want. Be patient. And buy something worth buying.

I bought my truck from Victory a couple years ago, I had a few problems that I believe should have been disclosed, but overall was fairly satisfied, so I returned when looking for my next used vehicle. I was sold a vehicle that drove fine for the test drive, but had the brake and ABS sensor lights on. When asked to fix the problem, they accepted and took it to their shop, the ABS light was still on when we picked it up a couple days later and was told not to worry, that the sensor wasn't working, but the car would function properly. I immediately took it to my own repair shop where they told me they hadn't replaced the part that the sensor told them was wrong, and also found several other problems with the vehicle totally up to over $1300. When returning to Victory, they refused to take the car back, even when I offered to sell it back 20% below what they sold it me, after I fixed all of the problems. Shame on me for trusting Victory and not having my mechanics look at it before the purchase. Shame on Victory for having terrible business practices. Well, Victory made their $3000 off of selling that vehicle, but lost any hope of my return. Thanks fellas

Don't waste your time with these guys. They'll say and do anything to make a buck. Sold me a complete pile and then admitted that they knew it!!! Society's impression of used car salesmen is based on people like those at Victory.
