Dropped off prescription a week in advance and was told insurance will pay for refill 30 days from last refill. None of the techs can give me an exact date to pickup. Arrived on the 31st day and was told that the prescription was expired by one day. They did not process the prescription on the 30th day and they denied any responsibility. The store mgr. would not get involved.They consistently give wrong information and are not helpful. Go somewhere else if you can.
Looking to buy towels... kitchen towels (or ANY Type of towels). No one that worked there seem to know where to find them. I looked myself, I asked multiple employees, and after searching for about 15 minutes - And then WAITING longer for a manager to confirm that they did not have any towels (duh), I then was told that they "used to have them". Some Ignorant employees, poor customer service... and I had to go to Smith's to buy what I was looking. Amazingly awful waste of time, some disappointing employees and poor customer service - overall bad - (and there's weird vibe at this place.)
Worst Walgreens I have ever been to, they made me wait 2 hours to get a prescription filled and when it was supposed to be ready they said they were out of stalk, and it's a very important prescription.
I wanted my son to have a birthday cake! But would but let pay for it over the phone. An my son did a birthday. ... thanks a lot. An I've always gotten my kids birthday cake from you guys.
