        We were at the Cedar Bluff, VA Budgett Inn on 8/20/10. I have never been treated so rudely as I was by the staff at the desk there. We were cursed at often and threatened physically. They refused to refund our credit card payment. The rooms were not what we had reserved. I WOULD NEVER STAY THERE AND ADVISE OTHERS NOT TO.
