I grew up in Phoenix, graduating from Arizona State University, and received my DVM from Colorado State University. I have worked with mammals of all sizes throughout my career, ranging from Clydesdales to dwarf hamsters and everything in between. I enjoy small animal medicine with a special interest in soft tissue surgery, dentistry, internal medicine, and acupuncture.
Ultrasound examinations are non-invasive imaging techniques performed onsite that allow your veterinarian to examine your pet’s internal body structures. Ultrasound is useful in determining changes in organs, evaluating heart health, diagnosing pregnancy, as well as detecting the presence of cysts and tumors and other underlying symptoms of disease.
Hello! The pronouns she, her, and hers honor me. I graduated from veterinary school at Colorado State University in May 2021, after receiving my bachelor's degree in Biological Sciences in 2015. Although I love wandering in the Colorado mountains, I was born here in Arizona, so it feels great to come home to the desert! I am interested in complicated internal medicine cases, cardiology, wound care, ER surgery, and small mammal medicine. As your veterinarian, I want you to feel empowered by knowing what all of your options are, and feel supported in the decisions that you make.
Within our family of hospitals we also offer veterinary care for pocket pets, rabbits, birds, turtles, bearded dragons, ferrets, exotic pets and more at select locations. Other services such as physical therapy, stem cell therapy, veterinary orthopedic manipulation, and more are also available within our AZPetVet family.
